1. Are your medical aesthetics treatments expensive?
We strive to keep our treatments affordable, so we can provide services for a wide range of clients.
2. Does my insurance pay for any of the services?
At this time, insurance does not cover the services we offer.
3. Where are you located?
Serving the Midlothian area we are located at 1104 Winterlake Ct. Suite A, Midlothian, VA 23113.
4. How long do medical aesthetics last?
Botulinum toxin products typically last 3 months or so depending on the patient. Fillers often last anywhere from 3 months to years, depending on the product injected.
5. How safe are these services?
All of our services and treatments are safe and performed by our board-certified, highly experienced staff. Additionally, we always have a board-certified physician on site.
6. Do I need a doctor's referral for your services?
No referral needed!
7. Do I need a sleep study for your sleep services?
A sleep study is not required for our sleep therapy. Prior to your first treatment and with each subsequent visit, a physician will evaluate your sleep debt and hygiene, providing both treatment and education, furthering your overall wellness.
8. How quickly will I see results?
Aesthetic results are usually best appreciated between 48 hours to 2 weeks after treatment. You will experience immediate results after sleep and migraine therapy.
9. Are your medical aesthetics only for women?
Our medical aesthetics and every service we offer are for anyone and everyone who wants to look and feel their best!
10. Can a group of friends schedule services?
Yes! Some examples might include wedding parties about a month before the big day for neurotoxin and a group of runners getting IV Nutrition before a marathon.
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Beauty Awakened as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 804-801-9830 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
